Michael Branstetter Business Development Executive 

Mike has nearly two decades of experience in the mass tort space; he has been the Director of Co-Counsel with National Injury Help since its inception in 2013. He has developed personal relationships with most of the top plaintiff litigation lawyers in the country. Managing partners have entrusted him with tens of millions of dollars. Before joining National Injury Help, Mike managed intake departments and business-to-business relationships with consumer law firms such as Doan Law Firm and PLC San Diego since 2005. His primary role was to increase law firm revenues by creating processes to screen potential new clients, eliminate cases that did not meet criteria, and maintain high-level communication on high-value cases to secure them and build referral streams. In addition, he worked closely with the firm’s partners to create new relationships with other law firms that would refer cases to them. These skills have allowed him to build a national network of top litigation firms, and in 2020 he became a partner in TMB Law Group, PLLC. Throughout his career, Brian has developed and managed multi-million-dollar partnerships with law firms nationwide. His experience spans business development, client strategy, case acquisition, performance marketing, and identifying new litigation opportunities. He enjoys working closely with law firms to understand their goals, develop scalable acquisition strategies, and find new ways to grow their practices.
Brian has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from San Diego State University.
