​Trina Battle is our new Intake Advocate, and she comes to us with a wealth of experience. For over 20 years, she has specialized in call center operations across various fields, including banking, automotive and legal referral services. Trina is skilled in handling both inbound and outbound calls and is committed to signing up claimants so they get the help they need. When she’s not working Trina enjoys kayaking and Mandala rock painting.
